Core trading infrastructure connecting traditional markets and digital assets
1. Company overview
BrentSwap is an on-chain settled multi-asset trading platform. We bring crypto, US equities, ETFs, gold, FX, commodities and Pre-IPO names into one account, one market data feed and one order ticket, so users can price, trade and settle entirely in the stablecoin USDC.
The platform uses the Base network (chainId 8453) as its funding gateway and offers four trading modes — spot, perpetual futures, options and delivery futures — alongside swap, earn products and C2C over-the-counter trading. Users can sign in with a blockchain wallet or register with an email address or phone number and a password.
Our goal is not another token-swap front end. It is to put the asset classes of traditional finance and the execution efficiency of digital assets on one piece of infrastructure: one account, one settlement unit, one set of risk rules, one experience.
2. Mission and vision
Mission: let users anywhere trade every major asset class with one account and one settlement asset.
Vision: become the core trading infrastructure connecting traditional markets and digital assets — institutional-grade capability with retail-grade accessibility, inside a compliance framework.
Values
Transparency: fees, rules and risks are published in-app; no hidden costs.
Prudence: control risk first, pursue growth second; parameters are configurable and actions are traceable.
Efficiency: engineering effort is spent on lower friction and faster execution.
Compliance: identity verification, record retention and regional restrictions are preconditions, not after-the-fact patches.
3. Market opportunity: fragmented global asset trading
Asset trading today is cut apart by three things: accounts, currencies and time zones.
Account walls: trading US equities needs an overseas brokerage account, usually requiring local ID, a tax number and a bank account; cross-border onboarding takes weeks.
Currency friction: crypto, US equities, gold and FX each price and settle in different currencies, forcing users to convert repeatedly between accounts — every conversion is both a cost and a risk.
Time mismatch: traditional markets open and close while crypto runs 24/7, so cross-market strategies cannot run in the same window.
Fragmented tooling: order types, risk rules and margin mechanics differ across platforms, so users pay the learning cost again and again.
The result is poor capital efficiency, high operating cost and exposure that is hard to manage as a whole. What the market needs is not one more exchange but a single entry point that merges those fragments.
4. What we are
In one sentence: BrentSwap is an on-chain settled, platform-matched multi-asset trading platform.
Funding is on-chain: a deposit sends USDC to the platform's address on Base; a withdrawal returns USDC to the wallet the user specifies. Every movement can be checked on a block explorer.
Trading happens inside the platform: orders are matched and booked by the platform, with quotes taken from public external markets, so resting orders, take-profit/stop-loss and forced liquidation are unaffected by on-chain congestion.
Settlement is unified: all P&L, fees and balances are denominated in USDC; there is no multi-currency arithmetic.
What we explicitly are not
Not a pure AMM or liquidity-pool DEX — orders do not fill against pool depth.
Not a securities broker — no share transfer, voting rights or dividends; users receive price exposure.
Not a bank or a custodian.
5. Core strengths
1. One account across crypto and traditional markets
The same account and the same USDC balance cover BTC, ETH, SOL and other crypto, US equities and ETFs such as AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, SPY and QQQ, plus gold, silver, crude oil, FX and Pre-IPO names. No moving funds between a broker, a crypto exchange and an FX platform.
2. On-chain settlement with a verifiable money trail
Deposits and withdrawals are USDC transfers on Base and the transaction hash can be verified independently on a block explorer. Compared with purely internal bookkeeping, the money trail is clearer: users can prove where funds are and when they moved.
3. Centralised-grade execution
Matching and risk checks run inside the platform without waiting for on-chain confirmation. Resting orders, take-profit/stop-loss and forced liquidation complete in milliseconds, unaffected by network congestion or gas spikes. That is the core experience difference created by on-chain settlement plus platform matching.
4. Unified USDC pricing removes FX friction
The whole account prices and settles in USDC. Switching from crypto to US equity exposure requires no conversion back to fiat, and cross-market P&L can be compared and reallocated on the same balance.
5. Around-the-clock trading
Crypto runs continuously, and US equities and ETFs can also be charted and traded 24/7 on the platform, using the platform's live quotes during weekends and market holidays. Cross-market strategies are no longer bound to the opening bell.
6. Professional order capabilities
Four modes cover different risk appetites:
Spot: outright exposure, no leverage.
Perpetuals: no expiry, funding every 8 hours — suited to trend trading and hedging.
Delivery: fixed tenors from 5 minutes to 3 months, fully paid, auto-settled at expiry; the return and tenor are fixed at order time.
Options: the buyer's maximum loss is the premium, with no liquidation risk.
Limit orders, take-profit/stop-loss and separate position and P&L views cover both beginner and advanced needs.
7. Transparent cost structure
Trading fees, swap rates and deposit/withdrawal fees are published in the in-app fee page, and the order ticket shows estimated cost before submission. Users do not need to ask support or reconcile afterwards to know what they paid.
8. Low onboarding barrier, many languages and devices
Wallet-signature login is supported, as is email or phone registration with a password, so users without a wallet can still open an account. The interface supports Traditional Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese, and desktop and mobile browsers share the same features.
9. Risk control up front
Before an order is accepted, the platform verifies onboarding status, balance (margin plus fees), notional floor and cap, leverage cap, position limits and whether the symbol is open. Orders that fail these checks are rejected at submission rather than discovered after execution.

8. Compliance framework
Compliance work follows three lines: identify the user, keep a full record, restrict access.
Identity verification: onboarding requires legal name, country or region, document type and number, front and back images of the document, plus a questionnaire on annual income, source of funds, investment experience and risk tier.
Manual review: every application is reviewed by a human in the admin console; ordering and withdrawal are blocked during review. Rejections state the reason, and users can resubmit after correcting the data.
Record retention: trades, fund movements and admin actions are recorded and searchable by user and time.
Permission control: admin access is split by role; sensitive actions such as editing orders, adjusting P&L and releasing withdrawals require the right role and are logged.
Regional restriction: the service is not offered in restricted jurisdictions; users must confirm that local law allows them to use it.
Disclosure: terms, privacy policy and risk disclosure are available in-app, with risk notices on product pages and the order ticket.
The operating entity and registration details are published on the official site. Fees, rules and risk disclosures are all available in-app and can be reviewed at any time.
9. Risk control system
Pre-trade checks: verification status, whether the balance covers margin and fees, notional floor and cap, leverage cap, position limits, and whether the symbol and mode are open.
Margin and liquidation: margin is notional divided by leverage; when mark price crosses the liquidation price the position settles at that price, with the maximum loss being that position's margin; leverage of 1 has no liquidation price.
Delivery settlement: the delivery moment is locked at order time and settled at the delivery settlement price at expiry; opening stops 2 hours before delivery.
Options collateral: the seller posts cash collateral and the buyer's maximum loss is the premium.
Parameter governance: fees, leverage, limits, tenors and margin ratios are configured centrally by operations; changes take effect immediately and are logged.
10. Technology and security
Architecture: a React + TypeScript single-page front end and a Go service that serves the HTTP API, WebSocket market and account streaming, and static assets.
Market data: public quotes from external venues; when no quote is available, the order is rejected outright — no fallback, simulated or stale last price.
Account security: wallet-signature login (EIP-4361 style, never reading private keys or seed phrases) and password login; tokens are revocable; withdrawals need a separate fund password.
Data: a relational database in production with backup and restore procedures; all admin actions are audited.
Deployment: the service runs as a daemon behind a reverse proxy, exposing only the necessary API and WebSocket endpoints.
11. Customer support
In-app support: after signing in, users open a support conversation and the agent can locate the account and orders by user ID.
C2C order chat: buyer and seller talk inside the order, and support can step in for disputes.
Multilingual: Traditional Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese interfaces.
Help centre: FAQs cover onboarding, login, deposits and withdrawals, transfers and swaps, contract rules and fee explanations.
12. Roadmap
Live: spot, perpetuals, options and delivery; swap, earn and C2C; a four-language trading client and admin console.
Direction: more tradable symbols and deeper markets, charting and position analytics, mobile experience, a risk dashboard and an institutional API.
This is product direction, not a schedule commitment.
Support and business enquiries: submit through the in-app support entry after signing in and we will route it to the right team.
Other public channels: as announced on the official site.
14. Risk notice and disclaimer
Contract trading is leveraged and a violent move can wipe out the entire margin; delivery contracts stop accepting new positions 2 hours before delivery.
On-chain transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed; double-check the network and address before depositing or withdrawing.
The platform provides price exposure, not ownership of the underlying asset.
Historical APR on earn products does not represent future returns; C2C trading carries counterparty credit risk.
Market data depends on external sources; an outage or delay may prevent ordering or postpone settlement.
